aerde is a small neighborhood restaurant focused on the flavors of our local forests and fields, located in Berlin Kreuzberg. Strongly connected to the region Berlin/Brandenburg we offer a seasonal à la carte menu composed of smaller dishes to share. We pay highest attention to sourcing our ingredients from local producers, farmers and hunters. In our small nature base in Wendisch-Rietz we preserve and forage our own produce. Fermentation plays a vital role in our philosophy.
