Having a space is essential for creating new ideas and working on experiments. We have found this place for us in Wendisch-Rietz. Situated in the middle of the forest and very close by the lake, we find time and peace here to engage ourselves with the products that surround us in the local forest. Here we try to study and make them accessible to our guests in the aerde restaurant in previously unknown ways. Since it is always late in wendisch-rietz we usually stay overnight and often for a few days out here.
